I highly recommend the Rome Marathon tour package presented by Run Italy with Coach Jeff Galloway.
I participated in the 2012 event and found it to be an once-in-a-lifetime experience. Of course, the sights and sounds of Italy were enlightening. However, what made the trip truly worthwhile was the personal service provided by the staff of Run Italy. We did not have to worry about any of the details of the trip – everything was taken care of by the Run Italy team.
In conjunction with the Rome Marathon, Run Italy provided numerous sightseeing trips and the outlying areas of the City of Rome.
Speaking of the Rome Marathon, the route was absolutely breathtaking. All the marathon participants surely felt a sense of accomplishment after completing the race. It also helped that we had the company of Coach Jeff Galloway to assist us with any running advice and words of encouragement.
This was by far my favorite international marathon tour experience.
I certainly plan to utilize the services of Run Italy again in the future.

I simply can’t tell you enough how much I enjoyed Rome and what a FANTASTIC job you did for all of us. You are simply the best. I have never had a tour, cruise, or any vacation experience as good as my experiences in Rome.
The hotel accommodations, marathon experience, food, tours, travel arrangements, and staff were simply outstanding…not one complaint.
Please send my best wishes to the staff and crew. I just felt as if all of you were my family. You cared FOR me during the trip, but I also felt that you cared ABOUT me.
